Derailment and Joy as a Practice

Honoring the seeds of new creations, learning on stage, feeling screen-burnt and bogged down...

You know those weeks when you find yourself saying, 'I just need to get through the week'? And then those weeks string together... and somehow it's been two years?!

Yeah, me too. So I sat down to do what I do: find the words and add some form to feelings.

And I recorded it. For you!

-> Editor's note (that's me): This audio was originally recorded and shared last year, early 2021. Sometimes creative gumption and project cycles take wayyyy longer than expected, and this is the case with my foray into audio. If you're experiencing the same (whether it's creative impatience, self-doubt, etc.) around something that your heart feels called to express, the threads of the project will keep finding their way back to you! And when you speak from your heart, it's timeless.

My wish is that this audio acts as a reassuring squeeze from me to you that makes your week a bit more gentle.

Come with me as I explore...
