This is a letter with a big announcement. It’s also about being your distinct, evolving, and deeply creative self in life… I wrote it while listening to Morcheeba’s “Be Yourself” <3

Ok, I’m doing no lead-up here…
Pivoting Toward Wholeness—a course on the creative potential of the everyday—is returning!!
THE SHORT OF IT
Six weeks of intentional time and community where you can practice attuning to a felt-sense of wholeness creatively and consistently for pivotal shifts. This is about unshaming practiced patterns that aren't working for you while actively practicing ways of being that honor your exquisite YOU-ness.
Here, we practice attuning to wholeness with an emphasis on our innate creativity.
I am telling you about Pivoting Toward Wholeness early. Like… months early. We’re going to start in January 2025. So, why are you hearing about it now?!
Having a long-running open registration for Pivoting Toward Wholeness is an experiment in spaciousness and generosity. And when it comes down to it, listening to my creative desires and trusting that my best work repeatedly comes from the willingness to follow a felt-sense, and sometimes seemingly nonsensical, knowing. I trust the wisdom of my creativity. I root for you to do the same.
You know about the planning fallacy? We tend to be overly confident in how long something will take, and repeatedly underestimate how much time a given task or project needs. I do this daily!!
Now, I no longer blame myself—after all, the planning fallacy is well-intentioned optimism! It’s a pretty cute part of being human if you ask me.
Sharing a new offering, especially one that has been simmering for years and represents the most potent essence of my work, requires a TON of experimentation and next-level trust.
A cornerstone of Pivoting Toward Wholeness and all of my work with private clients is de-pressurizing: de-pressurizing tight plans, goals, obligations and expectations that we put on ourselves, interactions, creation and expression.
Before I teach a course, I double down on the teachings for months in advance. This long launch is just one of the ways that I am actively practicing releasing unnecessary pressure and finding stability and freedom in choosing imperfect, courageous action… what the course is all about.
Taking all of this into consideration + the planning fallacy + a desire to lead a business that prioritizes spaciousness and generosity for all of us = super-advanced notice to you.
Pragmatically, having such a long timeline allows me to offer not only an early-bird price, but a pre-sale price too. The pre-sale price is the lowest price available, and it’s for you if you love what I make and if the course resonates for you from the start.
When you join for the pre-sale price, not only do you save money on a life-changing experience, but it also saves me a bunch of energy in marketing my work knowing that kindred people are already saying yes.
I am extending a spacious timeline with generous pricing for the ease that this brings both of us.
(And just because someone is probably wondering, there are payment plans at all phases of registration)
In addition to generous bonuses, the first three people that register for Pivoting Toward Wholeness are gifted a private session to use before, during, or after the course.
This private session is ideal to set intentions for the new year, to develop a practice for a small habit that will make a major shift, to work through perfectionism, etc. This is an opportunity to externalize your thinking and identify the next step that needs to happen in your process, all while getting gentle and honest support (you can read more about private sessions here).
Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Live class on Saturdays at 11am-1pm EST for six weeks: January 4th - February 8th
Wednesday office hours for Q+A, to share challenges and changes, and to receive tailored support
The Harvesting Guide! Harvesting is a practice of mining insights and wisdom from your personal archives (think journals, documents, and notes). It's an intentional process to revisit and cultivate meaning from your experiences and recorded reflections
Add-on: Two private sessions to use at any time before, during, or after the course (up to one year of the course start date)
Why join early?
The pre-sale includes free registration to the two final public Community Discovery Writing Gatherings (9/14 & 12/15, both at 11am EST) and a cozy journaling-based workshop called Cultivating Clarity (10/15 at 7pm EST; 11/17 at 11am EST).
The first three people to register will receive a private Creative Mentorship session to use before, during, or after the course.
If you have any questions about how you might use this private session, please reply back to this by email.
Some other things you gotta know before signing up!
If you show up fully to this course, you can expect to experience shifts in perspective and practice that will change your life. I don’t say this lightly. This sureness comes from the results I’ve seen with private clients and the pilot run of Pivoting Toward Wholeness, reflected in the thank you emails and the way people have spread the word.
Regarding Dew workshop/course spaces are introvert friendly and highly interactive. I take great care to nurture the connection between everyone. And naturally, without fail, here’s what I’ve found: everybody contributes, everybody participates, everybody shares—not every time, not always in the full group, and never by being called on. While safety is an individually felt experience determined by so many factors, the most common felt-experiences participants name is that they feel safe, non-judged, and connected.
Expect to connect with people from all over. Here, we recognize that our personal experiences and the landscape of our everyday are influenced by social, economic, cultural, and historical factors.
In order to help create a sense of safety and reciprocity, cameras are on so that we can see each other and be together as fully as possible.
Pivoting Toward Wholeness is a place where you can practice embodying new ways of being yourself in this world. This is a space for your wisdom to bloom.
Every corner of the experience is infused with creativity. One small example: you can expect to find the Zoom room open and me playing music 3-5 minutes before the scheduled start time so that you can have the space to settle, dance with your camera off, doodle, or stare out the window with some tea.
Check out the offering page and see how it feels to sit with this invitation!
I am bringing my most to this. If you are ready to deepen in the creative practice of being yourself, then I hope to see you there.
It would be an honor to share this experience with you.
xo!
