This letter is about a threshold, a moment when I found myself showing up in a way that I dreamed of, but never thought was possible.
I shared about some of this before but never told the whole story.
Here it is.
Spring 2021: I lived in a short-term rental studio apartment in Germany with my partner and two cats. The state we lived in was still in official lock-down, less intense than in the early winter, but cafes and restaurants were closed. In other words, Zoom was in full swing. I stayed busy writing, walking, and worrying about what was next.
